Meet Stephanie
Hi! I’m Stephanie, owner and creator of The Freckled Cookie. Here are a few things you may not know!
- I have been married for 17+ years and have three sweet little chicks.
- Before The Freckled Cookie I owned a web design business where I primarily designed fashion and lifestyle websites for influencers.
- I started decorating cookies in the summer of 2019, and officially started The Freckled Cookie in 2020.
- The Freckled Cookie name is a play on words that represent both myself (I love my freckles), and the fact that I love using quality ingredients- you’ll notice vanilla bean paste freckles in all my cookies.
- When not baking or decorating I am usually on an endless quest to tidy and organize my house again, driving my kids to the many activities in our week, or volunteering at their schools. I also love lists, iced coffee, reading, trailer adventures, and traveling with my family.
- While decorating I am almost always binging a new show.
- I was diagnosed with MS in 2020, and am thankful to manage it and still be able to create for you.
- I hate exercising (except High Fitness) and seafood.
- My favorite part of cookie-ing is the actual decorating process, seeing the end result, and meeting my clients.
- My least favorite part is rolling/cutting dough, and mixing colors (thankfully my husband helps with this!)
